What traders ask us first.
Is an ATAS license included?
No. Your ATAS license and your data access (e.g. Rithmic or CQG through your broker or prop firm) stay yours. We set up the machine so you only need to log in.
Does my prop firm allow a VPS?
Many prop firms allow a VPS, some have their own rules about IP addresses or devices. Check your firm's rules before you start, we're happy to help.
Does it work from a Mac?
Yes. Connect with Microsoft's free Windows App (formerly Remote Desktop), available for macOS, iPad and iPhone.
Which location should I pick?
If you trade US futures (NQ, ES, YM, GC), pick the USA: the exchange and data providers are there, so your orders skip the trip across the Atlantic. For Eurex products like FDAX, or if a smooth screen matters most, pick Germany or France. You can switch later.
How long is the contract?
Monthly, cancel at the end of any month. No annual contract, no setup fee.
What happens to my data?
The server is yours alone. We only access it if you explicitly ask us to in a support request.
